"As part of a university project, I took part in an analysis of the public at the MoMu museum in Antwerp.

To carry out this work, we first carried out a pre-survey in order to extract observations, conduct a few interviews and define the scientific readings that would enable the work to be written. These initial elements enabled us to identify a number of issues and hypotheses. For the final survey, we developed questionnaires and observation sheets.

In the written work, we defined a methodology through a survey protocol, a list of tools used during the survey and their limitations, as well as a list of theoretical references used for the analysis.

Articles by several authors helped us with the analysis, including: C. Join-Diéterle, B. Schiele, P. Bourdieu, N. Timbart, C. Lévy, A. Quemin and N. Heinich. In response to the work of Eliseo Veron and Martine Levasseur, we have identified two new visitor profiles."
